have never thought of myself as a photographer. And yet the artist in me has always used the camera as one more way to express my particular view of the world around me. . . which of course describes just about anyone with a camera.
My first Kodak box camera came at ten years of age, It was at this time I discovered the thrill of seeing a printed image by my own effort. Then came a Nikon purchased in Japan in 1967. In all this time I’ve managed to drift in and out of inspiration. Many of the photographs in this portfolio have been taken during the past fifteen years with a Canon that was purchased when I retired. Of course the age of the digital image engaged a new fascination with Photoshop.
More recently some of the photographs seen here have been taken with my I-phone.
